Each Warrant will entitle the\nholder to purchase one common share in the capital of the Company (a\n\"\n \n\n Warrant\nShare\n \n\n \") for a period of twenty-four (24)\nmonths from the date of issue at an exercise price of $0.25 per\nWarrant Share.\n \n\n\n\n The net proceeds from the Offering will be used for\ngeneral working capital purposes. Finder’s fees may be payable in\nrespect of some subscriptions received under the Offering.\n \n\n\n\n The closing of the Offering is expected to occur before\nthe end of December and is subject to the acceptance of the TSX\nVenture Exchange.
