(TASE:UPSL) since May 2019. He recently became an independent\nlawyer and has been working out of a self-owned law firm.\nPreviously he worked at Ben Yakov, Shvimer, Dolv – Law Office from\n2020-2022. Formerly, Mr. Berenstein served in the legal department of\nSonol Israel Ltd. from April 2010 to December 2020. Prior to this, Mr.\nBerenstein worked as a commercial lawyer and litigator for a leading\nIsraeli law firm from July 2000 to April 2010.
