PJX Resources Refiles Interim Financial Statements
Toronto, Ontario CANADA, January 20, 2012 /FSC/ - PJX Resources Inc. (PJX - TSX Venture)("PJX") announces it has filed a Revised Interim Financial Report for the period ended September 30, 2011. The Company had involuntarily omitted in the Interim Financial Report a statement of changes in equity for the comparative periods ended September 30, 2010 as required under subsection 4.3(2)(b) of NI 51-102, and under paragraph 20(c) of International Accounting Standard 34 Interim Financial Reporting. There are no other changes to the previously filed Interim Financial Report.
The Revised Interim Financial Report has been filed with the Canadian Securities regulators on SEDAR and may be viewed in the Company's profile at www.sedar.com.
