The MOU has set in place an exclusive arrangement for Unipart Rail to be TED's sales and distribution partner in Europe, Asia, New Zealand, Australia and the Americas. There are no minimum sales required to be achieved to maintain the exclusive arrangement.\n \n \n \n \n \n The MOU was signed on 16 September 2022 and will be officially announced at the InnoTrans Rail show held in Germany today.\n \n \n \n \n \n The InnoTrans show will see Unipart Rail, with the support of TED, unveil a range of products to global clients.\n \n \n \n \n \n The partnership is expected to gather momentum over the next 12 months and will run for an initial period of three years.\n \n \n \n \n \n Gordon Watt, Chairman of PipeHawk, commented: \"The signing of the MOU between Unipart Rail and TED provides the Group with access to an already established global sales channel for the sale and distribution of a range of TED products to Global markets thus enabling TED to expand its global reach with a number of key products.
