(TSX-V: PTE; OTC BB: PTEFF), (\"Pioneering\"), an energy smart product innovation and consumer goods company,\n announced today that the Canadian Association of Fire Chiefs (\"CAFC\"),\n a division of the International Association of Fire Chiefs (\"IAFC\"),\n passed a Resolution in support of tested affordable technology for\n electric coil ranges to drastically reduce the number of stovetop\n cooking fires and burned food incidents by reducing the high-end\n temperature at which burners operate.\n\n\nPioneering's patented Safe-T-element cooking system is the only\n technology available today that provides high end heat limiting\n capabilities for electric coiled ranges.\n\n\nChief Robert Simonds, President of the CAFC said of the resolution, \"I\n am very pleased to work with our membership across the country in an\n effort to bring an end to these needless fires that put both our\n citizens at risk and our firefighters in harm's way.\"\n\n\nThe resolution further supports a modification of provincial,\n territorial and federal agency regulations to allow for new safety\n technology to be utilized and will promote it by whatever means\n necessary in an effort to reduce or eliminate stovetop cooking fires. \n\n\nPioneering was invited to make a presentation to the Canadian Council of\n Fire Marshals & Fire Commissioners and the Canadian Association of Fire\n Chiefs at their annual board of directors meeting in Calgary Alberta on\n September 25, 2011.  Pioneering's patented Safe-T-element cooking\n technology has a track record of success helping to prevent stove top\n cooking fires while also saving energy.  Available on new ranges or as\n a retrofit, this technology is now installed on over 50,000 ranges in\n multi-residential housing throughout North America helping to eliminate\n the number one cause of household fire.\n\n\nThe CAFC is represented by all ten Canadian provinces and three\n territories.  The Resolution was submitted by the CAFC Fire and Life\n Safety Committee and put to a vote of the membership at their annual\n meeting.  The Resolution passed unanimously...
