Pioneering intends to extend the expiry date of the warrants from March 22 and April 20, 2019 until March 22 and April 20, 2021.\n\n \n \n\n \nThe exercise price of $1.80 per share and all other terms of the warrants will remain unchanged for the extended exercise period.
