The time and date of the meeting – 1:00 pm (Toronto time) on March 26, 2020 – have not changed.\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \nPioneering is encouraging shareholders and others not to attend in person the annual meeting and Pioneering's management will not be making a presentation at the meeting.
