Lemontonic announced today the settlement of a key payable and the details of
its upcoming business update conference call.
Management previously advised that it was attempting to restructure a
large payable to a supplier. Management is pleased to announce that it has
satisfied this payable, which was an essential component of the proposed
amalgamation of Pioneering Technologies Inc. and the sale of the messaging
software to Silverback Media Limited, the details of which were disclosed in a
release dated September 19, 2005.
Lemontonic invites the public to listen to the company's teleconference
call which will provide a forum for investor questions regarding the recently
announced transactions.
