Pioneer Bankcorp Announces Semi-annual Cash Dividend of $.75 per Share

Clewiston, Florida-October 27, 2025- The Board of Directors of Pioneer Bankcorp Inc (OTC: PBKC) declared a semi-annual cash dividend of $0.75 per common share. This brings the total dividend to $1.30 per share for the year, up from $1.20 per share in 2024. The dividend is payable on December 1, 2025, to shareholders of record on November 14, 2025.
