The General Meeting will follow the 2024 AGM and will commence at 11.00 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the 2024 AGM has been concluded or adjourned, if later) on Wednesday 26 June 2024.\nThe Notice of 2024 AGM and the Notice of the General Meeting have been published on the Company's website https://investor.pinewoodtech.com.
