Jemima will serve on the Company's Nomination Committee, Audit Committee and will also chair the Remuneration Committee, succeeding Ian Filby (interim chairman of the Remuneration Committee).\n \nJemima brings three decades of retail experience, predominantly in the food retailing sector. Having spent a significant part of her career at The Co-operative Group, most latterly as Customer Director, Jemima has also held roles as the Commercial and Operations Director of Moss Bros Group PLC and for the last 10 years has been CEO of Hello Finch, a brand and marketing consultancy. Jemima is currently the Senior Independent Director and chair of the Remuneration Committee at Revolution Bars Group PLC, alongside Non-Executive Director and chair of the Remuneration Committee at Headlam Group PLC.\n \nDietmar Exler, Senior Independent Director, said: \"I am delighted to welcome Jemima to the Board of Pendragon. She has built up considerable experience at leading retailers over a long, successful career and I am confident she will make a positive contribution to the Board.
