[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n4 March 2024\nPinewood Technologies Group PLC (the \"Company\")\n \nAccounting Reference Date Change\n \nOn 1 February 2024, the Company announced a change to its accounting reference date to 31 January from 31 December. This was to align the accounting reference date to the completion of the disposal of the UK Motor and Leasing divisions to Lithia Motors, Inc.\n \nFollowing the publication of the Company's audited accounts for the 13 months to 31 January 2024, the Company intends to return to a 31 December accounting reference date.
