New China Global Inc. (NCGI) The Company would like to announce that effective October 02, 2013, as approved by FINRA, that every one hundred shares of the Company's issued and outstanding Common Stock has been converted into one share of Common Stock. Any fractional share resulting from the Reverse Stock Split will be rounded up to the next whole share. As a result of the Reverse Stock Split, the total issued and outstanding shares of the Company's Stock has decreased for 17,698,131 to 176,981 outstanding. The Company has also effected as of October 02, 2013 a name change to New China Global Inc. The name change will be followed by a new symbol (NCGI) and a new Cusip:643574106. The Company is currently working on it's new web site www.newchinaglobalinc.com .
