(GSTI) The Company would like to announce that effective August\n7, 2014 as approved by FINRA, that every one hundred shares of the Company's\nissued and outstanding Common Stock has been converted into one share of Common\nStock. Any fractional share resulting from the Reverse Stock Split will be\nrounded up to the next whole share. \n\nAs a result of the Reverse Stock Split, the\ntotal issued and outstanding shares of the Company's Stock has decreased for 91,587,093\nto 915,871 outstanding. The Company has also effected as of July 9, 2014 a name\nchange to Globestar Industries Inc.
