[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 4257Q\n Physiomics PLC\n 27 October 2021\n \n \n \n \n 27 October 2021\n \n Physiomics plc\n (\"Physiomics\" or \"the Company\")\n \n \n \n \n Posting of Annual Report and AGM Notice\n \n \n \n \n \n Physiomics plc (AIM: PYC), the oncology consultancy using mathematical models to support the development of cancer treatment regimens and personalised medicine solutions, is pleased to announce that it has today published on its website its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 30 June 2021, together with its Notice of Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\"). Shareholders will be sent either printed copies of these materials or a letter notifying them that they are available on the Company's website, depending on the preferences they have expressed to the Company's registrar.\n \n As announced on 30 September 2021, the Company's AGM will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 23 November 2021, at the Company's registered office, The Magdalen Centre, Oxford Science Park, Robert Robinson Avenue, Oxford, OX4 4GA. The Company intends to hold a physical AGM this year however it is closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation, including UK Government and ICSA guidance and will continue to do so in the lead up to the AGM. The health of our shareholders, employees and stakeholders remains extremely important to us and accordingly, should guidance change in the run up to the Company's intended AGM date, the Company may make the decision to hold a closed AGM where shareholders, advisors and other guests will not be allowed to attend in person.
