[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n\n Completion of Acquisition \n\nPHSC plc, the Aylesford-based provider of health, safety and environmental services to corporate and public sector clients,\nis pleased to announce completion today of its purchase of The Envex Company Limited (Envex). This acquisition was\noutlined in the statement accompanying the company's interim accounts, as announced on 4 December 2006.\n\nEnvex is a health and safety consultancy practice based in Berkshire. In the year ended 31 May 2006, Envex had revenues of\n£238,000 and a modest pre-tax profit of £7,150.
