(Nasdaq: PLAB), a worldwide leader in photomask technologies and solutions, announced today that Dr. Frank Lee, who was named President on March 14, 2022, has been named Chief Executive Officer and will join the company’s Board of Directors. Constantine (“Deno”) Macricostas, who in addition to his role as Chairman of the Board had also been serving as interim CEO.
