As a board member, Dr. Jiménez will also serve on the Company's Audit, Nominating and Corporate Governance committees. Dr. Jiménez's appointment is effective June 1, 2020. \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n \nDr. Jiménez's career and experience span across government, academia and private sectors where she held various senior leadership and advisory roles.
