It offers the opportunity for employees to buy ordinary shares of 1 pence each (\"Share\") in the Company using savings accumulated over a three year period.\n \nThe PDMR detailed below has elected to cancel his participation in the 2015 offer of Sharesave, resulting in the lapsing of the options originally granted to him on 6th October 2015 with an exercise price of £2.30 per Share. The options would have become exercisable on 1st December 2018. 3,913 options lapsed.
