[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n ADMINISTRATIVE GUIDE\n \n \n FOR THE 27TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) OF\n \n \n PETRONAS CHEMICALS GROUP BERHAD (THE COMPANY)\n \n \n PHYSICAL 27th AGM\n \n \n The date, time and venue for the 27th AGM of the Company are as below:\n \n Date\n \n \n : Tuesday, 22 April 2025\n \n \n Time\n \n \n : 10.00 a.m.\n \n \n Meeting Venue\n \n \n : Exhibition Hall 7, Level 3, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, Kuala Lumpur City Centre\n \n \n 50088 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia\n \n \n Registration Venue\n \n \n : Exhibition Hall 6, Level 1, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, Kuala Lumpur City Centre\n \n \n 50088 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia\n \n GENERAL MEETING RECORD OF DEPOSITORS\n \n \n For the purpose of determining a member who shall be entitled to attend and vote at the forthcoming 27th AGM, the Company will be requesting the Record of Depositors as at 16 April 2025. Only a depositor whose name appears on the Record of Depositors as at 16 April 2025 shall be entitled to attend, participate, speak and vote at the meeting or appoint proxy(ies) to attend, participate, speak and vote on his/her stead.\n \n \n REGISTRATION\n \n Registration will start at 8.00 a.m. at Exhibition Hall 6, Level 1, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre and will close upon the announcement by the Chairman of the meeting.\n Please produce your original MyKad/ Identification Card or Passport (for foreigners) during registration. Only original MyKad/Identification Card or Passport will be accepted for the purpose of identity verification. Please ensure that you collect your MyKad/Identification Card or passport thereafter.\n No person will be allowed to register on behalf of another person with the original MyKad/Identification Card or Passport of that other person.\n Upon verification and registration:\n attendance will be recorded and an identification wristband will be provided at the registration counter;\n a special QR code will be generated for shareholders to scan and access to the e-polling system using own smartphone/tablet;\n if you are attending the AGM as a shareholder as well as a proxy, you will be registered once and will only be given one identification wristband; and\n no person will be allowed to enter the Meeting Venue without wearing the identification wristband.
