Of the nine new river ships, the\n \n\n Viking Annar\n \n\n , the\n \n\n Viking Dagur\n \n\n , the\n \n\n Viking Eldir\n \n\n and the\n \n\n Viking Honir\n \n\n will sail Viking’s most popular itineraries along the Rhine, Main and Danube rivers. The\n \n\n Viking Nerthus\n \n\n , the\n \n\n Viking Gyda\n \n\n and the\n \n\n Viking Tonle\n \n\n sail the Seine, Douro and Mekong rivers, respectively. The two other new ships named today—the\n \n\n Viking Thoth\n \n\n and the\n \n\n Viking Amun\n \n\n —sail the Nile River. The ceremony also marked a major milestone—Viking now has more than 100 ships across its award-winning river, ocean and expedition fleet, more than any other cruise line.
