[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 7662E Petro Matad Limited 12 April 2011 \n \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \nPetro Matad Limited (\"Petro Matad\" or the \"Company\")\nExercise of options and director holdings\n \n \nPetro Matad announces that 678,750 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each (the \"Option Shares\") were issued today as a result of the exercise of options held by directors and employees under the Company's employee share scheme. \n \nThe following directors have exercised existing options and were issued with the following Option Shares:\n \nJanchiv Oyungerel 125,000 Option Shares\nDouglas McGay 175,000 Option Shares\nClyde Evans 200,000 Option Shares\nSarangua Davaadorj 75,000 Option Shares\n \nThe Option Shares were issued at a price of 11p each except for those issued to Clyde Evans, which were issued at the following prices:\n \n50,000 Option Shares at US$0.75 each\n150,000 Option Shares at 11p each\n \nThe Option Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
