[{"type":"text","content":"\n\nFor immediate release\n \n28 June 2024\nPetro Matad Limited\n(\"Petro Matad\" or the \"Company\")\nIssue of equity\n \nPetro Matad Limited (\"Petro Matad\" or the \"Company\") (AIM: MATD), the AIM quoted Mongolian oil company, is pleased to announce that following the Results of Placing and Subscription announcement on the 26th June 2024, the company has made an application for the admission to trading on the AIM market of London Stock Exchange of 306,692,916 new ordinary shares of USD0.01 each (\"Placing Shares\").\n \nThe Placing Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on 1 July 2024.\n \nFollowing this admission, the Group's share capital and total voting rights will comprise 1,420,576,517 ordinary shares of USD0.01 each and the Group does not hold any shares in treasury.
