Otherwise shareholders will be notified that the Annual Report will be available on the website at \n \n www.petrelresources.com\n \n . \n Copies of the Annual Report will also be available \n for collection from the Company's registered office, 162 Clontarf Road, Dublin 3, Ireland. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on 27th July 2021 in the Hotel Riu Plaza The \n Gresham, 23 O'Connell Street Upper, Dublin 1, D01 C3W7 \n at 10.00 am.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n We are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.
