The reason given by the ASX for this decision\nwas that the Company had failed to lodge full year accounts to 30 June 2006 in\naccordance with the listing rules of the ASX.\n\n\n\nThe ASX have now confirmed to the Company that the decision to suspend Petra\nDiamonds was an administrative error on their behalf.
