[{"type":"text","content":"\n Petards Group PLC\n15 December 2006\n\n15 December 2006\n\n Petards Group plc ('Petards' or 'the Company')\n\n New Contract Awards\n\n\n\nPetards, the AIM listed developer of advanced surveillance systems, announces\nthat Petards Joyce-Loebl has been awarded contracts by the Ministry of Defence\nwith a total value of £1.3 million for the supply of electronic countermeasures\ndispensers and missile warning equipment repair services. The countermeasures\ndispensers are for use on the British Army Lynx Mk9 and will provide those\naircraft with a self protection capability.
