The new Ordinary Shares will rank, pari passu, with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue.\nTotal Voting Rights \nFollowing the issue of the new Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 57,528,229 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in issue. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.
