Directors' Notification of Dealing in Shares, etc

Screen PLC 14 June 2000 Screen Plc ('the Company') The Company was notified today that the following directors have disposed of the following numbers of shares at a price of 13 pence per share: Owen Williams 1,000,000 Michael Williams 500,000 Richard Hill 500,000 ------------ Total 2,000,000 ------------- Mr Hill's disposal arises out of share options held by him which were exercised today. Application will be made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Mr James Shand who was appointed Finance Director on 13 June 2000, has purchased today 5,000 shares at a price of 13 pence per share.
