Director Appointment

Petards, the AIM quoted developer of advanced security, communication and surveillance systems, is pleased to announce the appointment of Benjamin (Ben) Gillam to the Board as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director with immediate effect.

Ben is a chartered accountant with more than 20 years' finance and accounting experience. He joined Petards in March 2022 and has held senior finance responsibilities for the Group, including statutory and management reporting, oversight of key external adviser relationships and regulatory reporting.

Prior to joining Petards, Ben held a number of senior finance roles at TT Electronics plc, including Head Office finance Manager, Interim Divisional Finance Director and Group Financial Accountant.

The following information is disclosed in accordance with Rule 17 and paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies in connection with the appointment of Benjamin Neville Gillam, aged 49, to the Board of the Company.

As announced on 9 February 2026, Ben was granted options over 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company with an exercise price of 10.25 pence, all of which vest after three years from the date of grant and are exercisable at any time up to ten years after the date of grant. Ben holds no ordinary shares in the Company.

There are no other matters under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules to be disclosed.
