The Group's offering through LC has recently been enhanced and the customer experience improved, having migrated the ordering system onto Personal Group's proprietary Hapi platform. \n \n \nMark Scanlon, Chief Executive of Personal Group, commented:\n \n\"This launch underlines the considerable value Royal Mail places in our Let's Connect product proposition.
