[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n22 April 2024\n\n\n\n\n \n \nPersonal Group Holdings Plc\n \n(\"the Company\" or \"the Group\")\nPurchase of shares by Employee Benefit Trust\nThe Company was notified, on 19 April 2024, by the Trustee of Personal Group's Employee Benefit Trust (\"EBT\") that the EBT had purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company, on 19 April 2024, at a price of £1.6024 per share.\nThe EBT exists to encourage and facilitate the holding of shares by or for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries. The EBT holds the shares to fulfil the commitments of the Company's Inland Revenue approved Employee Share Ownership Plan.
