[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 5786W Personal Group Holdings PLC 27 April 2016 \n\n\n\n\n\nPress Release\n\n\n27 April 2016\n\n\n\n\n \n \nPersonal Group Holdings plc\n \n(\"Personal Group\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \nIssue of Equity under the LTIP 1\n \nPersonal Group Holdings Plc (AIM: PGH), a leading provider of employee benefits, employee related insurance products and financial services in the UK, announces the allotment of shares in relation to the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (\"LTIP 1\").\n \nAs announced on 18 December 2012, the Company stated that it had implemented an LTIP to reward directors and certain other senior employees in a way that aligns the interests of LTIP participants with the interests of shareholders, as well as with the Group's long-term strategic plan. Details of this plan, LTIP 1, are disclosed in the Group's financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2015.\n \nThe Company has today allotted a total of 35,908 new ordinary shares of 5p each (\"New Shares\") in connection with an exercise of options awarded to senior employees which has now crystallised under LTIP 1. Application will be made for the New Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM (\"Admission\") and it is expected that Admission will take place on 4 May 2016.\n \nFollowing Admission, the Company will have 30,446,416 ordinary shares in issue. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.
