[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 0102Y Personal Group Holdings PLC 30 November 2017  \n\n\n\n\n\nPress Release\n\n\n     30 November 2017\n\n\n\n\n \n \nPersonal Group Holdings plc\n \n(\"Personal Group\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \nGrant of Options under the LTIP\n \nPersonal Group Holdings Plc (AIM: PGH), a leading provider of employee services in the UK, announces the grant of share options in relation to the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (\"LTIP\").\nAs announced on 18 December 2012, the Company stated that it had implemented an LTIP to reward directors and certain other senior employees in a way that aligns the interests of LTIP participants with the interests of shareholders, as well as with the Group's long-term strategic plan. Further details of this are disclosed in the Group's interim statement for the period ended 30 June 2017.\nOn 29 November 2017, the board approved the grant of options over 38,683 ordinary shares of 5p each (\"Ordinary Shares\") to Mark Scanlon, Chief Executive Officer, pursuant to the Company's LTIP.
