[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 3135E\n Personal Group Holdings PLC\n 05 November 2020\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Press Release 5 November 2020\n \n \n Personal Group Holding PLC\n \n \n (the \"Company\", \"Personal Group\", \"PGH\" or \"Group\")\n \n \n Dividend Update \n \n \n Personal Group PLC, a leading provider of employee services in the UK, announces that it anticipates the payment of its fourth and final dividend in respect of its financial year ending 31 December 2020 following publication of its audited full year results in March 2021.\n \n \n \n \n \n The Board has taken a more prudent approach to the fourth dividend for 2020 which has historically been declared and paid during the fourth quarter. Given the recent Government announcement of further national lockdown restrictions and ongoing uncertainty, the final amount will now be determined and announced following the year end.\n \n \n \n \n \n Looking forwards, from 2021 the Board has decided to adopt a more typical dividend payment profile with two dividends scheduled each year following the respective half-year and full year financial reporting periods.
