[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n1 April 2025\n \nPERSONAL GROUP HOLDINGS PLC\n(\"Personal Group\", \"Company\" or \"Group\")\n \nDirectorate Change\n Personal Group Holdings Plc (AIM: PGH), the workforce benefits and health insurance provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rachel Webb to the Personal Group Board of Directors, as a Non-Executive Director, with immediate effect. Rachel will also become Chair of Audit and Risk & Compliance Committees effective 8 May 2025, subject to FCA approval.\n \nRachel has over 20 years' experience in financial services through working in both PRA & FCA regulated firms and large accountancy practices, enabling her to approach issues from both a commercial and regulatory perspective. Her most recent executive role was as CEO of Foresters Friendly Society. Rachel currently holds a Non-Executive Director role at Antares Insurance Company Limited through which she has gained experience on the risk and capital committee and chaired the audit committee. Rachel is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.\n \nAs previously disclosed, Bob Head, Non-Executive Director of the Company, and Chair of the Audit and Risk & Compliance Committee, has notified the Board of Directors that he does not intend to seek re-election at the Annual General Meeting to be held in May 2025, following eight years of service.\n \nMartin Bennett, Non-Executive Chair of Personal Group, commented: \"I'm delighted to welcome Rachel to the Board of Personal Group.
