[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 5053I Personal Group Holdings PLC 04 July 2013 \n \n\n \n\n\n\n\nPress Release\n\n\n4 July 2013\n\n\n\n\n \n \nPersonal Group Holdings plc \n \n(\"the Group\")\n \nContract extension with Stagecoach \n \nPersonal Group, a leading provider of employee benefits, employee related insurance products and financial services in the UK, is pleased to announce that transport operator Stagecoach Group plc (\"Stagecoach\") has extended its contract with the Group to offer a new benefits programme to all employees in its UK Bus division.\n \nThe new contract, which runs for three years, is an extension to the Group's existing relationship with Stagecoach and will be on offer to an additional 4,000 employees compared to the previous programme that Personal Group provided. In total, the programme will be available to all 24,000 of Stagecoach's bus division employees across the UK. \n \nStagecoach employees will receive access to a bespoke online portal, as well as a benefit book, offering thousands of retail discounts across numerous well known high street shops. Through the new package, Stagecoach's UK Bus staff will also benefit from an Employee Assistance Programme, which provides support to promote the wellbeing of staff, providing specialist guidance and assistance on a range of personal and work-related issues. Personal Group will roll out the programme to all 24,000 employees through the Group's established method of face-to-face meetings. \n \nStagecoach UK Bus Managing Director Robert Montgomery said: \"Our staff are the key to everything we do and the success of our business is down to the hard work of our employees at every level across the UK. \n \n\"We are fortunate to have a committed and professional workforce.
