The appointment has received FCA approval.\nAndy has worked for Personal Group for 18 years. He joined as a sales executive in 1998, before being promoted to Sales Director for the insurance business in 2004 and was subsequently appointed Managing Director of Personal Group Benefits.\nMark Winlow, Chairman of Personal Group, commented:\n\"We are delighted to welcome Andy to the Board; his detailed knowledge of the Group through numerous changes over nearly 20 years brings with it unparalleled insight into the day to day running of our insurance business and the opportunities and challenges that it faces.
