[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 9237I Persimmon PLC 22 March 2010 \n\nPersimmon Plc: Amendments to Company's Constitutions\n \n \nPersimmon Plc (the 'Company') announces that it is proposing to adopt new articles of association, primarily to take account of the implementation of the Companies (Shareholders' Rights) Regulations 2009 and the implementation of the last parts of the Companies Act 2006. The proposed new articles of association will include the removal of the Company's objects clause and the removal of the Company's authorised share capital.\n \nTwo copies of the proposed new articles of association have today been submitted to the UK Listing Authority.
