Perpetual Industries Inc.

Background

1. Perpetual Industries Inc. (the Issuer) is a reporting issuer under the Securities Act
(Alberta) (the Act) and has failed to file the following periodic disclosure pursuant to
section 146 of the Act:
    (a) annual audited financial statements, annual management's discussion and
    analysis, certification of annual filings, and annual information form for the year
    ended 31 July 2015.

Decision

2. Under section 33.1 of the Act, it is ordered that trading or purchasing cease in respect of
each security of the Issuer until this order has been revoked or varied.
