(Nasdaq: PPIH) today announced the appointment of Chuck Heaton to Vice President of Human Resources replacing Jill Curry.\n\n\nChuck is charged with providing Human Resources strategy and leadership in developing and shaping key core competencies within PPIH that support the continuing growth of the company’s business globally. These key core competencies include organizational design, talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, employee engagement, and overall business partnership.\n\n\nChuck has extensive experience working globally including North and South America, Caribbean, Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia Pacific. He has spent a total of 27 years in the Oil & Gas industry in both the public and private sector in a variety of regional and global positions at such companies as Pennzoil, Intertek, Dresser, GE Oil & Gas and TechnipFMC.\n\n\nPresident and CEO Dave Mansfield commented, “I am pleased that Chuck has agreed to join PPIH as our Vice President of Human Resources to lead the company’s Human Resources Group. Prior to Camin Cargo Control, he was the Vice President, Human Resources at NexTier Oilfield Solutions, a land completion services organization.\n\n\nChuck has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management from Auburn University. He also holds both SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.
