In his spare time he is currently \n advising the countries of Colombia and Georgia on their technology and \n entrepreneurship policies.\n \n \n James Liu is the Founder of BoxCat Games. BoxCat is an independently \n funded game studio located in Los Angeles, CA. James is an experienced \n project/product/technical manager with a background in Big Data, \n Enterprise Architecture, and UI/UX.
