DEERFIELD, Ill. & BARCELONA, Spain, March 10, 2026--TerSera Therapeutics LLC today announced that it has completed the previously announced sale of its Infusion Specialty Therapies Business Unit (IST), including two specialty medications, Prialt® (ziconotide intrathecal infusion) and Quzyttir® (cetirizine hydrochloride injection) to ESTEVE.
