(\"Peoples\") (NASDAQ: PFIS) declared a third quarter cash dividend of $0.6175 per share. The dividend is payable September 13, 2024 to shareholders of record August 30, 2024. The dividend of $0.6175 per share represents an increase of 50.6% compared to the dividend declared in the second quarter of 2024 and the third quarter in the prior year. On July 1, 2024, Peoples completed the previously announced merger of FNCB Bancorp, Inc. (\"FNCB\") with and into Peoples.
