The transfer took place on 14 June 2022\n \n \n \n \n \n Following the transfer Mark Wood CBE holds 2,762,200 Ordinary Shares and Lisa Walden holds 65,000 Ordinary Shares.\n \n \n \n \n \n The Notification of Dealing Forms for each PDMR/PCA\n are set out below. \n \n \n \n \n \n This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.\n \n \n \n \n \n This transaction was entered into in accordance with exceptions from the lock up arrangements applicable to Independent Non-Executive Directors (as defined in the prospectus published in relation to the initial public offering of the Company's shares on 26 April 2021 (Prospectus)), as described within paragraph 10.2 (Exceptions to the Director, Existing Shareholder and Optionholders Lock-up Arrangements) of Part IX (Details of the Offers) of the Prospectus.
