[{"type":"text","content":"\n Pennant International Group PLC\n03 January 2007\n\n\nPennant International Group Plc (the 'Company')\n\n\nTotal Voting Rights and Issued Share Capital - Correction\n\n\n3 January 2007\n\n\nThe following text replaces the announcement regarding the Total Voting Rights\nand Issued Share Capital released on 27 December 2006 at 13.08 under RNS number\n6740O, with a correction to an error in the number of Ordinary Shares held in\ntreasury and therefore the total number of voting rights:\n\n\nIn accordance with the transitional provisions of the Disclosure and\nTransparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority, the Company confirms\nthat, as at the date of this announcement, its issued share capital comprises\n32,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each.\n\n413,000 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. The total number of voting rights\nin the Company is therefore 31,587,000. All of the Ordinary Shares have equal\nvoting rights.\n\nThe figure of 31,587,000 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the\ncalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their\ninterest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company\nunder the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.\n\n\nW.H.
