[{"type":"text","content":"\n Pennant International Group PLC\n27 March 2000\n\nPennant International Group is pleased to announce that at the Annual General\nMeeting of the Company held today all the resolutions were passed including\nthe resolutions to approve the Placing and Open Offer of 1,066,000 new\nordinary shares.\n\nValid acceptances in the Open Offer were received from existing shareholders\nin respect of 385,368 of new ordinary shares. The remaining 680,632 new\nordinary shares have been replaced with institutional and other clients of\nRowan Dartington.\n\nApplication has been made for the 1,066,000 new ordinary shares being issued\npursuant to the Placing and Open Offer to be admitted to trading on AIM. \nDealings in these shares are expected to commence on 29 March 1999.\n\n \n ","length":1021,"tagName":"div"}]
