[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 8370O\n Pennant International Group PLC\n 12 October 2021\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n 12 October 2021 \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n PENNANT INTERNATIONAL GROUP PLC\n \n \n (\"Pennant\" or \"the Company\") \n \n \n \n \n \n Grant of Option\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Pennant International Group plc (AIM:PEN) announces the grant of an option to a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility.\n \n \n \n \n \n The Company has granted to \n Michael Brinson, Group Head of Finance, an \n option over 50,000 ordinary shares at an exercise price of 30 pence per share. \n \n \n \n \n \n The option has been granted under the Company's existing EMI Share Option Scheme established in 2009 and vests 36 months after the date of grant. Further, it is subject to a performance condition such that the option is not exercisable unless and until the Company's share price has been not less than 78.5 pence for a period of at least 20 consecutive business days.
