[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 0164H Pennant International Group PLC 11 February 2010 \n \n\nPENNANT INTERNATIONAL GROUP PLC\n(AIM: PEN)\n \nThe following amendment has been made to the 'Dividend Declaration' announcement released on 11 February 2010 at 10:32 under RNS No 0118H\n \nIn the second paragraph it now reads \"in line with expectations for the year ended 31 December 2009\" not \"31 December 2010\" as stated in the original announcement.\n \nAll other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below.\n \nDividend Declaration\n \nThe Board is please to announce a return to the dividend list and has today declared a cash dividend of 1 pence per share payable on 19 March 2010 to shareholders on the register on 19 February 2010. The ex-dividend date will be 17 February 2010. The dividend represents a payout of 0.66 pence for the year ended 31 December 2009 together with a special dividend of 0.34 pence.\n \nThe decision to pay a dividend at this stage is based on the return to profitability in line with expectations for the year ended 31 December 2009 together with the strong cash performance in the second half which was forecast in the Company's Interim Report.
