[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n \n \n6 August 2024\nPENNANT INTERNATIONAL GROUP PLC\n(\"Pennant\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \n \nDirectors' Dealings \n \n \nPennant International Group plc (AIM:PEN), the systems support and training solutions company, announces that it has been informed of the following dealings in ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") by Ian Dighé, Non-Executive Chairman, and Deborah Wilkinson, Non-Executive Director.\n \nOn 6 August 2024, Ian Dighé sold 200,000 Ordinary Shares held in his dealing account at a price of 25p per Ordinary Share and purchased 200,000 Ordinary Shares into his SIPP at a price of 25p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Ian Dighé and his spouse's beneficial shareholding remains unchanged at 360,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.83% of the Company's voting share capital.\n \nIn addition on 6 August 2024, Deborah Wilkinson, sold 200,000 Ordinary Shares held in her dealing account at a price of 25p per Ordinary Share and purchased 200,000 Ordinary Shares into her ISA at a price of 25p per Ordinary Share.
