The Offering was conducted in two tranches consisting of $400 million in senior unsecured medium-term notes, series 10 (the \"Series 10 Notes\") having a fixed coupon of 4.02% per annum, paid semi-annually, and maturing on March 27, 2028, and $300 million in senior unsecured medium-term notes, series 11 (the \"Series 11 Notes\") having a fixed coupon of 4.75% per annum, paid semi-annually, and maturing on March 26, 2048.\n\nThe Offering was announced on March 22, 2018. The Series 10 Notes and Series 11 Notes were offered through a syndicate of dealers under Pembina's short-form base shelf prospectus dated July 27, 2017 as supplemented by a prospectus supplement dated March 22, 2018.\n\nThe net proceeds will be used to repay short-term indebtedness of the Company under its credit facilities, as well as to fund Pembina's capital program and for general corporate purposes.         \n\nThis news release does not constitute an offer to sell or the solicitation of an offer to buy the notes in any jurisdiction.
